Care Instructions

To keep the midnight-navy velvet and its dusty rose and terracotta embroidery looking right:

• Spot clean only. Use a soft dry cloth, or one lightly dampened with mild soap, and dab gently. Don’t rub or scrub, especially over the Rodia bloom.
• Don’t machine wash, tumble dry, soak or bleach it.
• Air dry flat, away from direct sunlight and heat.
• Don’t iron the navy velvet pile directly.
• Store it stuffed with tissue paper inside a breathable dust bag, out of direct light. That helps the pile and the rose and terracotta threadwork hold their shape and color.
