House of Stala sells artisan-made clothing and accessories, including embroidered jackets, vests, and bags, produced in limited batches by hand. Product descriptions, images, and prices are presented as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color, embroidery placement, or texture may occur due to the handmade nature of each piece — this is a feature of artisan production, not a defect. All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include Greek VAT (24%) unless stated otherwise.
An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example, in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud — in which case you will be notified and any payment already made will be refunded in full.

Return shipping cost: unless we inform you otherwise in writing, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods, as provided by law. Condition of goods: items should be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Refund: we will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs where applicable, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
