Care Instructions

This Queen of Hearts red heart embroidered jacket is handmade with detailed embroidery on natural cotton velvet. Keeping the brown hearts from bleeding into the red velvet is the priority, so:

• Dry clean only (recommended). Professional cleaning keeps the red velvet in shape and stops the chocolate brown and bright blue threads from running.
• Smooth out creases with a handheld steamer, held a little away from the fabric.
• Hand wash only if you really have to. Use cold water and don’t leave it soaking.
• Never put it in the washing machine.
• Don’t press a hot iron onto the heart rows and carnations. The heat can flatten and damage the stitching.
• Hang it up when you’re not wearing it, out of direct sunlight, so the red velvet and chocolate brown and bright blue embroidery hold their colour.
